An 8-Week Build Program
Level: Intermediate (1 year gym experience)
This is a carefully curated 8-week gym workout program that is designed to take your fitness to the next level. The focus is building a proper foundation of strength, hypertrophy, and power that will set the tone for the rest of your fitness journey. Although strength and building size is the focus, this program can also be tailored to weight loss, gain, or maintenance if followed with consistency. This training program was designed to maximize workouts in 4 days versus 5 or 6, which in return builds adherence and consistency, time management, and increases the frequency of training muscle groups throughout the week. With 3 rest days, you have more time to focus on the key components of recovery, which is where real results are made

*Please note this a gym-based program requiring a full squat rack, barbells, cables, benches, DBs, etc. You will also benefit from using 1RM max and performing all compound lifts from training max (92% of 1 RM).
